    friends, what actuator motor do you use for your 4D valve? I have one with 120s (supplier recomandation). But I feel I need one with 240s because at pump start the hot water goes too fast in radiators and the temperature jumps above the set IC with even 6 degrees above the set temperature. The return gets cold, and the pump stop.

    Increase the source in the CH settings (standard is 10 I think and maximum is 30). It decreases because of 2 reasons: Correction factor is set to high. Lower it. Return protection setting is on - and that lowers the CH temperature gradually until the return temperature that is set in your settings is achieved. After that is increasing again. My opinion, not necessary the best.

    Your stepped settings look like a modulation. Very well indeed, and I know how you have a very low consumption of pellets(compared to the house you are heating). But I have Touch.

    It looks nice. The first time I'm seeing a 4d tekla that can modulate well from start to finish.

    Dracogo can you share your settings please? 1. Do you work with stove in Auto mode even in winter? 2. Do you work with permanent pump on CH? 3. What is your pump start temperature? 4. For exemple I would increase my pump start temperature. I can not go higher than 60-hysteresis or 60-5 = 55

    It calculates 60 because of the return protection wich lowers the temperature.

    5/4 is at the limit. I also have 5/4 but I have tekla 12 and I have a small house. Try with the settings may you can make it work without aditional instalation changes.

    The instalation is not good enough. The termosiphon may not work for you. You need more pipes between 4d and also bigger 4d valve. But a simple fix would like to add a bypass pump between 4d and stove return, cut that vertical pipe. Bypass pump + CH pump should be connected on the same connector, in parallel.

    Increase the source temperature in the CH menu from 10 to 20 or more. I have 24. Only with igneo touch works. And reduce the correction factor from 10 to 3. Also you can lower the heating curve with 5 degrees. Can i see photos of your 4d instalation?

    Agree. That is what I did this morning. Already works better but not enough. Boiler manual 64 C Both histerezis are now at 5 but I will increase them to see what happens. CH: increased heating curves by 3 degrees on average Burner: I increased incandescing power from 35% to 50% to give more initial power

    Thanks. I managed to improve it by lowering the CH Corection factor. I reduced it from 7C to 2C so that are less variations on the demand of instalation. I also reduced the burner feeding / administration from 3.0s to 2.8s and obiously reduced the ventilator curves accordingly. my settings: burner: power 30%-100% Maximum feeding 2.8 ventilator 30-45 TEst measured pellet: 20kg/hr boiler: auto 60 C Start histerezis 0 C stop histerezis 5 C pump min temperature 53 pump overrun 12min CH: histerezis 0.2 weather work 45 C, 41 C, 36 C increase source temperature 23 C max temp 45 C correction factor 2 C CH lowering 7 C pump constant return protection no

    I made some masurements and been able to plot an exact chart for the actual power of the burner in percentage. And corelated with the videnet temperature. My problem is the same as everybody’s. The burner cannot modulate well and estinguishes before reaching the room temperature set. Igneo touch+big mdoul 4d valve Stove: auto mode, 60 degrees Any ideas?     Anyone else who has the Videnet getting the message “error” from time to time? Sometimes also “offline” but that is normal.

    Dokładnie. FL3 spodziewa się działać zgodnie z zapotrzebowaniem na ciepło.     Witam, ktoś wie gdzie mogę kupić moduł Estyma Igneo CAN I / O BIG? Mam już ekran dotykowy Igneo Touch.

    I added Igneo Touch and I can edit the heating time programs in IGNEO VIDENET . There is a button in the Heating section.

    I talked to Estyma. They are very kind. For my CAN IO module i had to put in8 to Gnd. And i moved the return sensor from 39 to 40.

    zaktualizowałem do igneo touch. ale zachowałem moduł fabryczny CAN IO. palnik jest zablokowany czerwoną blokadą i nie uruchamia się bez względu na ustawienia, których używam.
